Masa Guisería specializes in tacos de guisados, which are home-style stews and braises commonly found in traditional Mexican households or sold as street-style tacos. 

Their menu centers on family recipes that have been perfected over generations which offer tender and aromatic meats and vegetables simmered in savory salsas and served on a made-to-order nixtamalized corn tortilla.
