Let's begin with beer

Go ahead and start your countdown: Red Bus Brewing Co. will open in Folsom on Feb. 9, the brewery at 802A Reading St. announced on social media. The brewery's operator, Erik Schmid, owns The Brewmeister next-door with his wife, Lisa. The Brewmeister sells supplies for making beer and wine at home. Friendly reminder: Folsom Beer Week begins on Jan. 27.
